Hear from community members as well as technical experts. Co-sponsor: U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Planning Law Review
June 25, 2008, 4:00 p.m.–5:30 p.m. ET

As the U.S. Supreme Court’s term comes to an end, find out how the nine justices and their federal and state counterparts shaped planning over the last year.
