Sale (or Long-Term Lease) and Development of Two City-Owned Parcels known as the 7.27-acre Sailfish Ballfield and Adjoining 3.48-acre City Garage Properties

The Stuart City Commission, Stuart, Florida is soliciting qualified and experienced  development firms interested in the sale (or long-term lease) and development of two adjoining City-owned parcels in downtown Stuart known as the 7.27-acre “Sailfish Ballfield” Property and the adjoining 3.48-acre “City Garage”  Property.

Respondents must register with DemandStar in order to receive all required documents and notification of addenda. Register for FREE at‐subscriptions “FREE AGENCY”.

There will be a site visit followed by a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference held at the City Hall Commission Chambers, 121 SW Flagler Avenue, Stuart, Florida at 10:00 am, August 15, 2018.  All prospective developers are encouraged to attend.  Attendance is highly recommended, but is not mandatory.

Firms desiring to provide the services described above shall submit one (1) original and six (6) copies with one (1) electronic copy (PDF format preferred) on a flash drive of their proposals, containing all of the required information no later than 2:30 pm, September 12, 2018. Submittals received after that date and time will not be accepted or considered and will be retained in the Procurement Office unopened.
