RFQ: Greater Pace Area master Plan for Santa Rosa County

Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is calling for and requesting qualifications for creating a Greater Pace Area Master Plan to guide the short and long-term development in an area to encompass District 1 and a portion of District 3.

All submissions shall be considered in accordance with the Florida Competitive Consultant Negotiations Act. (F.S. 287.055)

All qualifications must be in writing and delivered by hand, overnight courier service, or U.S. Mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite J, Milton, Florida 32570, and must be received by 10:00 a.m. (CST), October 25, 2018, at which time they will be publicly opened. Secondary delivery location shall be to Suite M at the above address. Only qualifications received by the aforestated time and date will be considered. All bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “RFQ 18-058 GREATER PACE AREA MASTER PLAN”. Please provide the original proposal, labeled “ORIGINAL”, and SIX (6) copies labeled “COPY” (7 total complete packages) along with one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format.

The anticipated schedule for this RFQ and contract approval is as follows:

  • Qualifications Due: Thursday October 25, 2018
  • Ranking of firms by Committee: Thursday October 26 – Nov. 2, 2018
  • Highest Ranked Firms to BOCC & Shortlist: Monday December 10, 2018
  • BOCC Interviews & Firm Selection: Thursday January 10, 2019
