The City of Stuart, Florida is seeking statements of qualifications from highly experienced developers interested in negotiating the potential purchase (or long-term lease) and development of two adjoining city-owned parcels in downtown Stuart known as the 7.27-acre “Sailfish Ballfield” Property and the adjoining 3.48-acre “City Garage”  Property.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held in the City Hall Commission Chambers, 121 SW Flagler Avenue, Stuart, Florida on Wednesday,  May 9, 2018 at 2:00 PM. All prospective developers are encouraged to attend.

Firms shall submit (1) original & (8) copies with (1) electronic copy (PDF format preferred) on a flash drive of their submittal, containing all of the required information no later than 2:30 pm, May 30, 2018. Submittals will be accepted by hand delivery overnight delivery or by U.S. Mail to Procurement and Contracting Services Division, 121 SW Flagler Avenue, Stuart, Florida 34994. All responses shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or box and marked:
