| Comprehensive Planning & Land Dev.; defines term "antiquated subdivision" for purposes of Local Government Comprehensive Planning & Land Development Regulation Act; requires that future land use plan element of comprehensive plan identify areas where local government seeks to consolidate or vacate platted or subdivided lots; requires that local government address necessary plan amendments re antiquated subdivisions by specified time.
