We recruit top talent and are currently seeking a full-time Planner to join our team in the Tampa, Florida location for transportation and land use planning work based in Bartow, Florida.

The full-time position will work under the supervision of a Project Manager in a team environment and assist in the development of integrated land use/transportation plans. Work will include research, writing, plan development, public meeting facilitation and presentations. Assignments may be varied to provide exposure to a wide range of planning service capabilities and services.  Qualified candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic, and possess the ability to work as a team player.  Preferred candidates will possess experience in both local government and multi-modal planning that has produced an understanding of the inextricable link between transportation and land use.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Planning (or related) degree program required; Master’s preferred;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Planning or a related field;
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written);
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment
