Town Hall Lecture Series: The Impact of Art on Towns and Cities

The Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council and partners (with the APA Florida Treasure Coast Section as a co-host) present a lecture series for elected and appointed officials, practicing professionals, residents and visitors of the region. The series is intended to focus on town planning, urban design, and changing trends that will affect and influence the long-term health and resilience of our communities. This series will showcase four distinguished speakers, scheduled from January through April 2018.

1.5 AICP CM credits will be sought for each event.

Jan. 31:  Victor Dover, FAICP, founding principal, Dover, Kohl & Partners Town Planning

Feb. 21:  Ellen Dunham-Jones, FCNU, professor of urban design, Georgia Institute of Technology

March 14:  Rick Gonzales, AIA, president, REG Architects
Topic: Historic Buildings as Placemaker Anchors

April 11: Raphael Clemente, executive director, Downtown Development Authority, city of West Palm Beach
