Is your city interested in hosting a City Spotlight???
As you may know this past year BAPA started a series called “City Spotlight” where a city planning department presents innovative planning techniques to fellow practicing planners during a weekday lunch meeting. To date Hallandale Beach, Davie, Hollywood West Park, Tri-Rail, Coconut Creek, and Parkland have hosted a Spotlight and the attendance has averaged 25 people per session.
· There is no set topic, all we ask is that you present an innovative planning technique.
· The audience will be composed of planners.
· We prefer the meeting be held from 12:00 to 1:00 during a weekday.
· BAPA will contribute $100 towards refreshments.
· BAPA will also apply for AICP CM Credits for the event.
